Summer Registration & New Volunteer Incentive Program 

Springwood Suns Cricket Club thrives thanks to the dedication of our volunteers. To ensure our club continues to grow and succeed, we are introducing a new fee structure for the upcoming summer season.

Get Involved and Be Rewarded

If you contribute to the running of the club or assist with our teams, you will receive a reward. Here’s how you can help:

• Coaching a team

• Managing a team

• Umpiring games

• Scoring games

• Serving in the canteen

• Securing sponsorships

• Mowing grass

• And many more tasks! (see list below)

Rewards

Junior Registration: Families who volunteer will be able to take advantage of a reduced registration fee.

Senior Players: Volunteers will have their game fees waived.

If you prefer not to volunteer, you can pay the standard fee for one family member (with a reduced registration fee for the second or additional children) and still enjoy participating in the club without any additional responsibilities.

Standard Fee $350 for first family member (But with the reduced registration fee for the second or additional children)

Volunteer Incentive Program Fee $200

Junior Summer Season 

• Grading night will be on Friday 6th September 2024 from 17:00

• First game will be 12th October for 10 weeks

FAQ

• Fairplay Vouchers - Yes you can use them to pay , just enter in the voucher number and as long as it matches the registered name Playhq will accept it, can you please then email the voucher to the club.

• Split payments  - Yes using Playhq you can pay the registration over four equal payments

• Post xmas competition will be opened in december , there will be a minimal fee after Christmas.

1. Eligibility and Registration

• By registering for and paying for the Volunteer Incentive Program, participants commit to volunteering hours to support the club's operations.

• The tasks and volunteer opportunities are clearly displayed on the club’s website

• Sign-ups for volunteer duties are either rostered or nominated by the club for the season.

2. Discounted Registration Fee

• Participants in the Volunteer Incentive Program are eligible for a discounted registration fee.

• The discounted fee is contingent upon fulfilling the required volunteer hours as specified by the club.

3. Commitment and Compliance

• Participants agree to complete the volunteer tasks as per the schedule and requirements outlined by the club.

• If the volunteer commitment is not met, the club will invoice the family for the $150 difference.

• Failure to pay this invoice may result in the suspension of the player from participating in club activities until the matter is resolved.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding the Volunteer Incentive Program or related duties must be raised in writing to the club secretary.

• The club will address and resolve disputes in accordance with its policies and procedures.

5. Amendments

• The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the club’s official communication channels.

By participating in the Volunteer Incentive Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and contribute to the success and growth of the Springwoods Suns Cricket Club.
